                                            Facebook, Instagram, and Ring. We u lize social media to con nually
                                            update residents and visitors about the efforts officers are making
                                            towards keeping Shaker Heights a safe place to live, work, and visit.
                                            This includes an engagement strategy where we showcase our
                                            commitment to a posi ve community rela onship while providing
                                            important safety updates that aid in keeping Shaker Heights a desirable
                                            place to live, work and visit.
