Funding Sources

General Fund

All departmental functions are primarily funded through the City’s General Fund. The
Department also collects limited service-related fees, including snow plow permits, false
alarm fees, and bicycle licenses.

Special Revenue Funds

 Street Maintenance and Repair Fund (Traffic Signal Maintenance)
 Police Pension Fund
 Law Enforcement Grants Fund (County Community Diversion Program)
 Mental Health Response Team Fund (First CALL Program)
 One Ohio Opioid Settlement Fund
 Law Enforcement Trust Funds (Local and Federal)
