The Shaker Heights Police Department is an internationally accredited law enforcement agency
committed to protecting the safety, rights, and quality of life of the community it serves. In
partnership with residents, businesses, and community organizations, the Department delivers
comprehensive public safety services through crime prevention, traffic safety, and criminal
investigation. The Department is equally dedicated to fostering a professional work
